Baked Oats!

2 recipes that taste like cake for breakfast



  • Vanilla Protein Bake

    1. This recipe tastes straight up like banana bread! I added blueberries and banana slices but you can easily jazz it up and add walnuts, chocolate chips or drizzle almond butter on top.

      You will need:

      -1/2 cup rolled oats

      -1 tb chia seeds

      -1 scoop of vanilla protein

      -1 mashed banana

      -2/3 cup almond milk

      -1 tsp baking powder

      -dash of salt

      -cinnamon

Blend oats and chia seeds into a blender and transfer them into a bowl. Carefully fold the rest of your ingredients and place into an oven-safe dish. I used mini ramekins and I had enough for two servings. Feel free to top with a few thin slices of banana and other toppings. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

  • Chunky Monkey

    • This is essentially dessert for breakfast and I am all here for it. As you can see, I was all in on banana slices but this recipe would be bomb with a peanut butter drizzle!

      You will need:

      - 1/2 banana mashed

       -1/2 cup oats

       -2 tbsp cocoa powder

       -1 tbsp of maple syrup

       -1/2 tsp of vanilla

       -1 pinch of salt

       -1/4 cup of almond milk

       -1/2 tsp baking powder

Literally pour all ingredients into a blender and disperse into oven-safe dishes. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Again, go crazy with toppings! Chocolate chips, banana slices, peanut butter….you literally can’t go wrong!
